[Uim] uim 0.4.2.1 released

uim-0.4.2 has a problem. 0.4.2 can't be build if uim is not installed to
the system, so 0.4.2.1 was released. There is no any other change from
0.4.2, so if you don't have a problem with 0.4.2, there is no need to
upgrade to 0.4.2.1.

 uim-0.4.2.1 is now available for download at:

  md5sum:4f82891e41b8328f1df34b30b15648e4  uim-0.4.2.1.tar.gz

If there's no critical bug report until 8/3, this release will be marked
as stable.
