[Uim] Possible a bug? cand_activate_cb won't be called before cand_select_cb.

Hi, Yamaken.

I'm now writing the document, but I think there 
are many design concepts which I don't know.
So I keep the document editable by the committers 
of Uim project.

So, can I commit the DocBook file to the 
appropriate svn repositry? (Please inform me the 
good place to commit)
