[Uim] [immodule_for_Qt] stabilizing API change

Hi all, here is a status update about immodule for Qt.

We've been hosted by freedesktop.org now. And Daisuke-san is
preparing dedicated mailinglist. Wait for the completion.

He is validating now (by using his spare time). Corresponding BC
patch may be released this week.

I had prepared the renaming patch (also includes little bugfix).
I'll post the patch once the new list has been established.
