[Uim] uim-commit and uim-bugs are not working

Hi everyone,

Our mailinglists uim-commit and uim-bugs are currently not
working. It is caused by recent server reformation of
freedesktop.org.

I'm negotiating with the persons that have administrative
permissions to resolve the problems. Please wait for the
recover.

Please check following updates at times until the problem fixed.
