128 window limit

I wouldn't mind recompiling, but where do I "bump the macro" otherwise, I
can't find a place to set this.
Thanks for your help, it would be great if I could get this working!

That's because we made it run-time configurable.   Bumping the macro
is enough to change the limit if you don't mind recompiling every time you
want to change what the limit is.
