[Beignet] Haswell-ULT Support?

Hi,
With 4.0.0-rc6 kernel (enable_cmd_parser=1 as default), the HSW issue also exists on Release_v1.0 branch:1.0.1, 1.0.2, and the latest git.
But it is OK on 1.0.0 (git-59142eb). The bisected commit is also git-7ecc5b9d.

Thanks,
Meng

Not sure whether it's helpful. We need to do some experiments on HSW with latest kernel.
Mengmeng, could you help to test Release_v1.0 branch with 4.0.0-rc6 kernel? Maybe bisect on beignet side to find out the first bad commit?

Thanks.
