I understand all of this and you can't really tell that this wasn't
discussed : i ve sent this interface 2 times already through the mailing
list and i ve told you all the issues i have with XOverlay. We haven't
moved one inch.

As an application developper integrating both xine-lib and Gstreamer i
have a quite clear idea of what's needed to have all the flexibility a
video player requires.

So i m not breaking anything, i rebuilt from scratch ximagesink,
xvimagesink and i m trying to get a nice interface so that apps can get
the max features out of those new elements. If we finally decide that
this interface is usable we will implement it in "used" plugins suchs as
xvideosink and sdlvideosink, but for the moment i m still working on
"unused" plugins that i understand and control completely.
