[HarfBuzz] Positioning of Chandribindu character in Bengali text

Hello Runa , Praveen,
While testing the Chandrabindu</x> character , we should also test other special characters for Bengali like (i) Khanda ta , (ii) Bisharga and (iii) Ya phala. Have you tested all these characters with Hurfbuzz engines.
