[SCIM] SCIM on kde does not work with firefox

It's caused by binary incompatibility between SCIM and Firefox. Please
recompile both SCIM and Firefox in the same environment, then you can
use them together with the following settings:

export GTK_IM_MODULE=scim
export XMODIFIERS=@im=SCIM
scim -d
