If you want copy-paste, and a much better mouse experience, then yes. It relies on a virtio-serial device, so you need the driver for that as well. I think good enough (but not the latest) windows drivers are on spice-space.org/download.html. Regarding the command line, I hope it's on the wiki somewhere but if not here it is:

-device virtio-serial -chardev spicevmc,id=vdagent,name=vdagent -device virtserialport,chardev=vdagent,name=com.redhat.spice.0
