[Clipart] Snafu with the release process

I downloaded your openclipart-0.10.zip and it seems to be a broken/corrupt zip 
archive. I tried tar.gz and tar.bz2 uncompress and nothing. Soooo...I wonder if 
you didn't upload the full file, as it is 16M and the last release happened to 
be 22M.

Please check and report back, otherwise, I guess I could run the process as well.

I guess we will release tomorrow night/TUESDAY morning -- no biggie...
