You may have gotten to it before it was all the way uploaded. The
zipfile is 27M according to ls:

jonadab at gabe:/srv/clipart.freedesktop.org/clipart_web/downloads/0.10$ ls -l -h
total 53M
-rw-r--r-- 1 jonadab freedesktop 2.8M Jan 30 21:06 openclipart-0.10-failed.zip
-rw-r--r-- 1 jonadab freedesktop 15K Jan 30 21:06 openclipart-0.10-tools.zip
-rw-r--r-- 1 jonadab freedesktop 23M Jan 31 04:10 openclipart-0.10.tar.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 jonadab freedesktop 27M Jan 31 00:54 openclipart-0.10.zip
jonadab at gabe:/srv/clipart.freedesktop.org/clipart_web/downloads/0.10$

(When I say that I am uploading, I use the present imperfect form of
the verb for a reason -- it's a process that takes a few hours,
because I'm on dialup here. But it's all up there now. Completed
sometime during the night. One of the nice things about scp is that
once you start it going you can let it run unattended.)
