[compiz] next release

Not sure whether this is a bug or not:

I can't toggle scale mode with the initiate key or the initiate
corner. I'd like to be able to do it because it means that if I engage
scale by mistake I don't need to take the time to look at all the
thumbnails and work out which window I was using (sometimes this can
take a while!) - I can just repeat the scale action.

Dan Winship added the toggle from corners ages ago

but I don't know whether it is left out now on purpose, or if it never
got added back after some architectural changes...

If it is a configuration issue then can someone please put me out of
my misery, I can't _see_ anything in gconf :)
