[CREATE] Last round of comments: LGM Code of Conduct

+1 Brendan's 'confident' or 'confidence' suggestion.
It is a bit of a break in the flow of the document to have the link.
The reasoning was that since it needed to be included
(else make our own list of examples) then just include it very simply
and not dwell on it.
