It is part of Gtk# (which in reality binds a few things more than Gtk),
you can find it on the Mono CVS, you can get it from
www.go-mono.com/anoncvs.html module `gtk-sharp', or you can get packages
from www.go-mono.com/download.html for a couple of distros.
