[PATCH] Remove GLib from CVS

Here is a patch to remove the GLib bindings from CVS.  I have committed
the tests and Doxygen API doc generation bits to the dbus-glib git repo
and make check passes both there and in dbus core.  The last bit is
figuring out what to do with dbus-viewer.  Should it be seperate, should
it be part of the glib bindings?  I can move that over tomorrow.

Python is next on the hit list.
