where is dbus 1.2 ?

Hmm, you mean, it doesn't exist at all, right ? There is currently only
dnotify backend.

I've posted a patch for inotify backend one year ago on mailing list and
I've pinged again two weeks ago. It is waiting in bugzilla now :
