I'm not following you. Let me emphasise what you wrote above:
"I don't want to debug the deamon"
If you don't want to debug the daemon, why are you running a debug version of
the daemon? That's the question I want answered.
KDE is completely irrelevant here. How you build it, if you want to debug it
or not, etc. A release-mode app can obviously talk to a debug-mode bus and
vice-versa.
Also, when you said "later want to debug kioslaves you have to close kate,
dbus-daemon [...]": no, you don't have to close dbus-daemon. The same one can
be kept running.
If you want to debug ioslaves, you only need to start kdeinit4 again, in fact.
