None of this proves that they are bug-free.

I ask again: what evidence do you have that says the bug is in the daemon or 
in the library?

Also note Lawrence's reply about threading. libdbus-1 is not very good at 
threading. You should isolate ALL D-Bus activity in a single thread, the same 
thread, including the polling for new messages.
