Thanks, but that wasn't the question. The question was whether extra
actions or commands are needed to get the Flatpak plugin for GNOME
Software, which is probably a file named libgs_plugin_flatpak.so;
it's part of the GNOME Software source code, but is sometimes packaged
as a separate RPM "subpackage" or equivalent.

On Debian and Ubuntu the plugin is built by the
gnome-software source package (RPM spec file equivalent)
and installed as the gnome-software-plugin-flatpak
binary package (RPM subpackage equivalent), with filename
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gs-plugins-11/libgs_plugin_flatpak.so. In
openSUSE it's probably /usr/lib{,64}/gs-plugins-11/libgs_plugin_flatpak.so
or something similar?
