If you don't get any response from this list, perhaps try
https://github.com/flathub/flathub/issues or <admins at flathub dot org>.
Flathub (the main Flathub app store) is not run by the same people as
Flatpak (the piece of software that can install apps from Flathub or
other locations), although there is some overlap.
(An analogy: if there was a problem with the version of 0ad in Fedora,
you'd want to talk to the Fedora team, not the authors of RPM.)
I believe Flathub's policy is that they prefer to have apps packaged
by the upstream developer (e.g. you), but are willing to have apps
with third-party maintainers if upstream hasn't got involved yet (and
presumably this is what exists for 0ad right now). A version of 0ad
controlled by you could get verified, but a version of 0ad packaged by
the community without your involvement would not be (that's sort of the
point of the verified status).
https://github.com/flathub/flathub/issues/6003 is a similar situation
for a different app.
