Do you know what is causing this error ?
I just read a couple of messages one of which was:

If the problem is that I have an old version of freetype installed,
could you display a list of dependencies on your web page and in the
source distribution ? I'm going to install the current version of
freetype so if this is the source of the problem, it will be solved.
