[Freedreno] details about boot.img uploaded on github.

Hi Rob and others,

Currently, i am building the kernel-msm -b dragonboard-drm with
msm8974_defconfig.
Then i append the dtb to the zImage using cat command.
I am using the ramdisk from your boot.img.

I am trying to write Yocto / OpenEmbdded recipies for this process.
I would like to know if you have any notes/details on how you build the
boot.img.
