[gst-devel] RPM packaging ideas

I realized that the split between gstreamer and gstreamer-devel can be
extended to plugins.  For plugins that have specific outside dependencies
(lame, cdparanoia, vorbis, etc.), we simply put them into a separate
package, containing the .so(s) and any documentation for that plugin.

I'll give this a try at some point, for use in 0.1.1 at the latest.  Right
now I've got ghostpads to do ;-)
