I like getting the diffs inline.  Pretty much 0 chance of me making the
effort to see them otherwise.  Grouping commits would be great.  (Though
I seem to recall it looked hard to make that syncmail script do it...
prove me wrong. ;)

We could have two lists, one just with filenames/links and one with
verbose diffs.  The grouping thing would be nice for both.
