[gst-devel] faq conversion

Hey,

as discussed with Andy, I decided to convert our FAQ database to docbook
xml for easier maintenance, so I can start adding answers to lots of the
issues people ask us about.

I first started by converting the current database of Q&A (slightliy 
reorganizing or adding in the process where something was really 
outdated).

Result of this can be seen at
http://urgent.rug.ac.be/thomas/gstreamer-faq/

Let me know if you're ok with this, if you have any suggestions, and so 
on, before I commit to cvs and start adding stuff.
