[gst-devel] caca plugin

Hi Zeenix,

yesterday I said I was going to integrate the caca plug-in.  I went and
downloaded caca to package it, but it seems the author specifically
requests no packages to be made yet as it is not yet API-stable.

So, it seems the best thing to do for now is to put the caca code in our
gst-plugins tarball as an external lib like ffmpeg.

Is everyone fine with me adding that ? I'll probably do that after we
move, so it might take some days.
