[gst-devel] FDO CVS stage 3

Hi,

all seems fine, anoncvs is fixed, everyone's happy.  So go back to
committing stuff :)

ds is merging CAPS right about now, so don't expect a lot of stuff to
play.  Let's get it stabilized ASAP so we can do a christmas release,
and throw out gst-player and gst-rec as well (maybe the app should be
called gst-recorder and the lib gst-rec ?)

Also, accounts for walters, zeenix, apoc and ramon are created and added
to gstreamer.  sxpert is added as well.
