[gst-devel] encoding to anything but ogg

I compiled gst-ffmpeg from CVS today but still no luck, same errors in
debug mode as above. When i try without videorate i get the following:

gstpad.c(2562): gst_pad_set_explicit_caps: /pipeline0/thread0/d/ffdec_wmv10:
failed to negotiate (try_set_caps with "video/x-raw-yuv,
width=(int)320, height=(int)240, framerate=(double)14.925372627372628,
format=(fourcc)I420" returned REFUSED)

It seems that's the problem, conversion from 15fps to25fps is not possible.
