[gst-devel] reducing memory required to run the gstreamer

Hi Pankaj,
Not 100% sure what you are asking, but the plugins that are shipped in
the gstreamer core module are the only ones that the system depend on
being there. All the plugins in gst-plugins are optional and removing
them should be without problem.
