In mpeg2, the DTS stream is inside a private stream. It also contains
some extra header bytes at the start with various info bits like at what
byte position the PTS of the packet applies. mpegdemux used to have a
special case for all these private streams but it seemed easier to make
the decoders handle the extra header.
