[gst-devel] Null plugin with push support

I think that the solution could be analyzing the progressreport plugin.
Perhaps I hace to use the GstBaseTransform properties instead of GstElement
as a parent.

I will check it, but I think that is the correct solution. I'm a gstreamer
newbie...
