Gstreamer ffenc_g726 and ffdec_g726 pipeline

Hello,
  We are working on TI Beagle board. We compiles gstreamer with  libav
plugins. When we are trying to construct pipeline with ffenc_g726 and
ffdec_g726, But we are not able to listen anything. Please refer below for
the pipr line we are used.
