subtitle sometimes pads problem

most of the times, gst_element_set_state to GST_STATE_PLAYING, the following pipeline will failure. 

mpegtsdemux name=demuxer es-pids=0x44f:0x271 demuxer.private_044f ! queue ! appsink name=subtitle  demuxer.audio_0271 ! queue ! mad ! queue ! appsink name=tha 

every times, gst_element_set_state to GST_STATE_PLAYING, the following pipeline will success. 

mpegtsdemux name=demuxer es-pids=0x271 demuxer.audio_0271 ! queue ! mad ! queue ! appsink name=tha

maybe cause for the subtitle data is sparse.

any other solution, please?
