[Gstreamer-SDK] :: WIN32 => cerbero bootstrap fails by MinGw due to rpl_xxx undefined references

I managed to take a step forward. I hope next advice will help everyone.
Egis, here is what you should try:

- deactivate all antivirus software, first. 
- apply these conversions then :
/>  dos2unix configure.ac
>  dos2unix Makefile.am
/
