input-selector to switch between h264 streams?

It was in 1.x, I didn't check 0.10 as 0.10 is unmantained and obsolete. 
No work is being done for it anymore.

The fix is quite simple if you want to backport to 0.10 for your own 
use. However we all recommend you to move to 1.x if possible.
