Streaming Mp4 file using Gstreamer

I tried playing the pipeline which you specified in command line and its
working fine...But can u suggest me some hint on how to stream mp4 video
from my local directory ,here i'm running individual command for
server,because in server i'm setting certain streaming parameters and
capturing the same in Client side.
