Multiple pipeline with OpenGL and vaapi elements

I filled differents bugs for differents unexpected behavior : 

Segmentation fault in gstgldownload :

Memory leak of GstGLContext :

Problem with color conversion in gstgldownload :

Vaapi : Impossible to download vaapi frame after vaapipostproc element :

So, this is a lot of work :S. 

I will try to get more information for the 724816 and 724806 (both very
critical and urgent in my case).
