That's not the only one, you are also missing videomixer, adder,
capsfilter, etc. This means you have no plugins loaded in your test
program. You'll need to set the GST_PLUGIN_PATH to point to the plugin
directory. If I remember correctly, the default plugin path is relative
to the application on Windows.
