Help! Could not get microphone data on android platform with GStreamer

Hello,
when I use 
data->pipeline = gst_parse_launch("openslessrc ! audioconvert !
audioresample ! speexenc ! rtpspeexpay ! udpsink host=207.162.10.216
port=5002", &error); 
this made an error : Error received from element openslessrc0 : could not
negotiate format!

and when i use autoaudiosrc instead of openslessrc, i get error : Error
received from element audioconvert0 : not negotiated!

could any one help to deal with? thanks
