BUG MP4 decoder video frames

Okay I've submitted a bug report to Bugzilla, and also I've seen a report
that states the same situation that happens to me, but they ain't throw a
clear solution. I want to know if this bug is fixed in a previous version of
libgstd3dvideosink.dll or if somebody has patched it by his own.
