Decklink sink displays only black

Hi Dave,
I was having similar problems a little while back. Unfortunately, I was not
able to figure out the issue using gstreamer 1.0. I did have better luck
with version 0.10. I even managed to back port the device-number property
to 0.10.
For my application, I've just been working with using the decklink API
directly. I'll take another look at the plugin code when I get a chance and
see if I can figure out what's wrong with it now that I'm more familiar
with how the decklink API works.
