udpsrc not available on iPad (iOS 8.1.3)

I finally decided to compile the gstreamer iOS framework from git master
(1.5.0), installed it, defined the NET (or UDP) plug-ins in gst_ios_init.h,
and the element is recognized, both in the Simulator and on the actual iPad
device.
