rtsp server behind router what to do without port forwarding

Hi,

GStreamer and its RTSP server is working well in my application.
Problem is the rtsp server is on a mobile device. Sometimes the rtsp sever
can get into a new wifi LAN behind a router we don't have admin control. So
we cannot do port forwarding for the rtsp server. For example, the rtsp
listens to 8554 port. The client side can get the rtsp server's current
public IP which is sent from the server side by some way. But when the
packets go back to the server side how can the packets find the routing from
the router to the rtsp server's local IP without port forwarding?

Thanks in advance!

Zheng
