adder vs liveadder... mixing two async streams

Hi,

"liveadder" is deprecated, you want to use "audiomixer" in GStreamer
1.8 or 1.10 with the latency property set to something bigger than 0.

If the output of liveadder is too noisy, you can try increasing the
latency property.
