Are there any plans to have RTMP sink/src handle different data?

Currently the rtmpsink and rtmpsrc only handle video/x-flv data. Now that
there is a new standard for the flash video the old flv file format has been
replaced by the f4v file format. Are there any plans to have the pads handle
this newer flash video file format?
