Pause and resume live video with latest frames without affecting the sink

, explains that using 'imagefreeze' in addition to 'videosink' is not a good
option. 
However, it also states that the videosink might display into a black screen
once, there is no data in the buffer.

But may be I give this a try and see if it works! 
Do you have any other suggestions?
