Android Streamer

Hi,

I am trying to build an android server which takes an android surface that
is being buffered with the android screen contents, encodes it and then
sends out via udp/rtsp.

I've been trying to find the right elements but have been finding that many
elements for android are not working.  I'm using tutorial 3 as a base.

Could someone please help suggest first a pipeline, then how to link the
surface to a "video source" element?

I'm hoping to be able to view the stream from VLC.
