RTP SSRC

Hi,
I have a question regarding setting the SSRC to a specific value for a
rtpopuspay element.
This is the code ( opusRtpPay is a rtpopuspay )
g_object_set(G_OBJECT(opusRtpPay), "ssrc", (guint)9999222, NULL); 
Dumping the graph looks as below

There seems to be a discrepancy between the SSRC in  rtpopuspay  and the
SSRC in the stats.
Can anyone explain what's going on ??
