subtitleoverlay does not show subtitle sometimes

Issue resolved. 

The subtitle is not shown because the subparse element is not set to PLAYING
state, it works sometimes because the state changing code is included in an
async callback function, and it causes sometimes the subparse state is not
set at all.

The screen is black when using textoverlay because the property "wait-text"
is set to true as default while the subtitleovery element sets "wait-text"
as false as default.
